As part of this RFI, USAID/WASH/DCHA/DRG is requesting information from qualified regional and local organizations as follows: 1) Capacity and past performance to provide technical assistance and support that strengthen constituencies for electoral democracy and reform; 2) Increase participation, leadership and political empowerment of women, and other marginalized groups; 3) Improve national and subnational governance by elected leaders; 4) Enhance representative and competitive multi-party systems in developing countries, often under short notice.
