Grant Description
This cooperative agreement is being implemented to amend an existing agreement that established the Desert Southwest Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit. The objective is to develop links between US Fish and Wildlife Service conservation research, technical assistance, and education needs and university faculty with expertise in natural, physical,social, and cultural disciplines to conduct multi-disciplinary research pursuant to Public Law 105-391 (Sec. 203) This agreement will benefit the public by expediting research that benefits the missionof the Service with reduced indirect costs.
