Grant Description
The E2J program will provide a new generation with the knowledge, skills, oppportunities and incentives to pursue a career in public service and contribute to justice sector reform efforts, strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions to provide legal education, research, and service; strengthen CSOs and increase collaboration among law schools, CSOs and key justice sector institution to advance justice sector reform and develop next generation of justice sector practitioners and reformers. Award will be in effect for an estimated four years with a total funding not to exceed $10 million. Although there is no requirement that Applicants propose a specific cost share, USAID policy is that cost sharing is an important element of the USAID-recipient relationship. USAID requires Applicants to demonstrate their commitment to program success by addressing the issue of cost-sharing. See the attached solicitation for further detail information.
