Grant Description
The purpose of the program is to provide funding for research on moderate acute malnutrition in humanitarian emergencies: A.) To conduct field research on moderate acute malnutrition in humanitarian emergencies, with an emphasis on program design, detection and prevention activities or program monitoring and evaluation and B.) To incorporate the results of research into operational nutrition programs in humanitarian emergencies and ensure the sharing of expertise and research findings with other non-governmental agencies, donor institutions and United Nations agencies.
