Grant Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) encourages NIH Research Demonstration and Dissemination Project grant (R18) applications from institutions/ organizations to test practical, sustainable, acceptable, and cost efficient adaptations of efficacious strategies or approaches to prevent and treat kidney disease. Research must target the prevention or improved care of kidney disease, or the prevention or delay of the complications of kidney disease. The approaches tested should have the potential to be widely disseminated to clinical practice, individuals and communities at risk.
