Grant Description
This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) issued by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) solicits R21 Exploratory/Developmental Research Grant (R21) applications to enhance basic and translational research on salivary gland tumors by supporting studies in a) the application of systematic, comprehensive, and data-rich omics approaches to define the molecular signatures of salivary gland tumors; and b) the development of relevant mouse models to study the onset and progression of tumor pathogenesis and preclinical testing of potential therapeutics.
