Grant Description
The purpose of this agreement is to outline the duties and responsibilities of the Hualapai Tribe and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region (hereinafter Reclamation) for the long-term participation in the Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management Program (GCDAMP), and in particular, fostering communication and cooperation between Indian tribes regarding historic preservation per Section 101 of the NHPA. Participation in the GCDAMP, a Federal Advisory Committee, provides this opportunity.
