Grant Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent (NOI) for a grant agreement to Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe for the following program п Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Program, under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.517, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1934, Public Law 85-624, 16 U.S.C. 661 et seq., as amended and the authority to the Bureau of Reclamation at 255 DM 1.1B. Estimated total amount of agreement is $29,530.30. The purpose of this agreement is to purchase one decontamination unit to clean boats that do not show up рclean, dranined and dry,с in Pyramid Lake. (Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement No. R14AN20009 for additional information). A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this announcement.
