Grant Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Grant Agreement R13AP20020 to the Santa Barbara Community Services Department, under the authority of Catalog for Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.524, Recreation Resources Management. The activities at Lake Cachuma Reservoir Recreation Area, include design and engineering that will need to be accomplished to support park water distribution, fire line locations, sewage treatment design, lift station requirements, cabins, marina facilities and American with Disability Act (ADA) compliance for roads that cross natural streams or runoff ditches within the Recreation Area. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
