Grant Description
The objective of this Funding Opportunity is to invite Federally-recognized Indian Tribes to leverage their money and resources with the Bureau of Reclamation on projects/activities that provide the opportunity to develop, manage, and protect tribal water resources. Examples of these types of activities include пbut are not limited to п piping and/or lining of canals and laterals, installation of automation and/or water measurement devices, and other projects to improve efficiencies of irrigation water supply, conveyance, and distribution systems. To be eligible for funds, the Tribe must have tribal or Bureau of Indian Affairs irrigation projects located within the administrative boundaries of the located within the administrative boundaries of the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Snake River Area Office.
