Grant Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a grant agreement to City of Fernley for the following program: Truckee River Operating Agreement (TROA) Desert Terminal Lakes Program п TROA Completion and Implementation. The purpose of requirement is to provide funding to coordinate and continue the necessary litigation that supports the Truckee River Operating Agreement (TROA) implementation. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement, R12AS20009 for additional information. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
