Grant Description
The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a Cooperative Agreement (CESU # 3FC810873) to University of California, Davis, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e), for the following program: Study of the Influences of Water Quality and Aquatic Weeds on Largemouth Bass in the Delta. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for a cooperative effort directed at investigating the causes of this apparent decline and providing scientific information necessary to formulate way to reverse it. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(3) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
