Grant Description

PRM is hereby soliciting proposals for humanitarian projects benefiting Iraqi refugees in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and other countries with Iraqi refugee populations. This is the second solicitation for proposals benefiting Iraqi refugee populations in FY 2008. PRM will consider proposals from NGOs and IOs with proven track records in implementing refugee assistance programs. Higher consideration will be given to organizations that have well-established operations in the country of program activity. For this Announcement, PRM has identified three program areas for funding consideration: programs expanding access to existing health care services, vocational, non-formal, and informal education programs, and humanitarian assistance and protection activities.
