Grant Description

The purpose of this FOA is to encourage developmental and exploratory studies on the impact of parental military deployment, combat-related stress, and reintegration with the family on child social and affective development as well as family functioning. Intervention studies targeting the particular concerns of early childhood, middle childhood, and adolescence are also encouraged, as are the development and testing of measures to assess family functioning and child development outcomes.
