This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition, under Cooperative Agreement P15AC00015 with American Conservation Experience, a partner with the National Park Service, for a project titled; Rehabilitation Alum Cave Trail.

Grant Description
Statement of Project Work - This project is a cooperative endeavor between NPS and ACE for the trail maintenance/rehabilitation of the Alum Cave Trail located in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Project work will include, but is not limited to the following: replacement of damaged waterbars, removal of trail sloughing, major trail corridor brushing, turnpiking of wet areas, rock/boulder removal from trail corridor, reestablishing chipped out stone bench for trail tread, tree removal, and repair of trail treadway damage.
