This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition, under Cooperative Agreement H5000-10-5040, with The SOUTH FLORIDA _ CARIBBEAN COOPERATIVE ECOSYSTEM STUDIES UNIT (CESU), for a project titled "Monitor physical conditions and assess wading bird habitat on Cape Sable_ in the Everglades National Park.
