Applicants are limited to local public and private nonprofit agencies (including tribal organizations) operating in Wyoming. Eligible applicants who propose to provide direct services to youth must not include youth who are age 18 or older in the population they will serve. OJJDP welcomes applications that involve two or more entities; however, one eligible entity must be the applicant and the others must be proposed as subrecipients. The applicant must be the entity with primary responsibility for administering the funding and managing the entire program. OJJDP will consider only one application per lead applicant; however, subrecipients may be part of multiple proposals.

Grant Description
Wyoming has chosen not to participate in the Formula Grants program under Title II, Part B of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDP Act). Consequently, the state is ineligible to receive the FY 2015 Title II Formula Grants program allocation authorized under Sections 221-23 of the JJDP Act (42 U.S.C. Sections 5631-33). Accordingly, OJJDP will competitively award the stateŃs allocation through the Nonparticipating State Program: Wyoming, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Sec. 5633(d).
