Grant Description

This action is a task agreement to an existing Cooperative Agreement. This is a non-competitive award for assessing wildlife responses to noise and the ecological functions of acoustical environments. The agreement is awarded under an existing Cooperative Ecosystem Support Unit cooperative agreement. The award is to the Colorado State University. This is notice of intent and non competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy Department Manual 505DM2.
