Grant Description
This action requires scientific study of noise impacts on wildlife in Parks. The areas of study involve experimental, behavior investigations, landscape,forcast modeling, and outreach and scientific communications. This action will result in a task agreement to the Colorado State University under the Rocky Mountain Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Cooperative Agreement H2370094000. The award is in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505 DM2. This announcement is a resubmission of announcemment NPS-NOI J2390100076 dated Feburary 11, 2010.
