Grant Description

Public Law 111-11 (Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009) established the Cache La Poudre River National Heritage Area and designated Poudre Heritage Alliance as the management entity for the heritage area. This legislation and its legislative history indicate the intent of Congress that the award be restricted to Poudre Heritage Alliance.
