Grant Description

This action will result in a task agreement award under the National Park Service Colorado Plateau Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU). This is a notice of intent and a noncompetitive award IAW DOI 505 DM 2.12C. This project will refine Starfire project analysis logic and results and will produce a draft operations and maintenance project plan that describes the technical requirements for long-term maintenance of the Starfire computer code and business process.
