Grant Description
This action will result in a task agreement award under the National Park Service Gulf Coast Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU). This is a Notice of Intent and a Non-competitive Award IAW DOI 505 DM 2.12C. Please see attached Full Announcement for more information. The purpose of this project is to engage science and engineering students from historically black university Tennessee State University in place- and field- based research science learning at Mammoth Cave National Park through Western Kentucky University’s Mammoth Cave International Center for Science and Learning, and to share the results of the student’s research with the public through a Science Open House.
