Grant Description
This is a notice of intent for a noncompetitive award in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy, Departmental Manual 505DM2. The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award to Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST), a local council of governments, for collaboratively designing a restoration project to improve juvenile salmonid passage between river mile 1.5 of the Lewis and Clark River, Oregon, and the Columbia River.
