United States Department of the Interior National Park Service (NPS) NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS. This funding announcement is to provide public notice of the NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: task agreement J181810B024 against existing Cooperative Agreement H1818080024 with cooperators Lake Champlain Maritime Museum (LCMM); and The New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) on behalf of the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP).
