Amendment 6 to the NASA ARMD Research Opportunities in Aeronautics (ROA) 2015 NRA has been posted on the NSPIRES site. This release includes the following 2 subtopics in Appendix D.4 for foundational research in support of the Convergent Aeronautics Solutions Project: (4.2.1) Transformative Innovation and (4.2.2) Tools to Support and Innovative Culture. NOIs are due May 28, 2015 and proposals are due July 02, 2015.
