Grant Description
Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Stockton Fish and Wildlife Office, National Fish Passage Program to design, permit, and screen the water diversions affecting salmon and steelhead in the Merced River drainage. Five open water ditches have been identified on the Merced River that need to be screened to protect fish from entrainment.
