Grant Description

This project will study California Voles through acquisition of specimens and genetic analysis. It is in the best interest of NAWS-CL to know which sub-species of the California Vole occur on the Station. Surveys will be conducted in some of the following potential locations: Haiwee Springs, Mountain Springs Canyon, the Sewage Ponds, Paxton Ranch, Birchum Springs, Mill Springs, Tennessee Springs, Old House Springs and New House Springs.
