Grant Description
The purpose of this Agreement is to assess the recently burned Monarch butterfly wintering roost site on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (Base), including an evaluation of the importance of the Camp Pendleton roost site for western wintering Monarch populations. This project will also look at the need and feasibility to restore the historic Monarch butterfly roost grove on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. A Monarch Habitat Restoration Plan will be developed.
