Grant Description
Implementation of this project will continue the long-time native and rare plant species work currently being conducted via Cooperative Agreement partnerships with BLM Utah. This work has focused on a wide variety of work including plant species located on BLM administered lands in Utah (e.g. White River and GrahamДккs penstemons and the Gierisch mallow). The collection of native seeds for the Seeds of Success and BLM Native Plant Materials Development Programs will continue. The collection of rare and native seed for conservation storage and educational studies will continue. These studies have benefited the missions of the BLM, the Department of Interior and other Federal agencies, and that of various partners.
