Grant Description
The objective of this project is to continue to provide for watershed scale restoration projects in multiple areas of the Umpqua Basin, including Brush Creek, the Upper Smith River, and Little Wolf Creek. The goal of these restoration projects is to improve water quality and instream habitat for Bureau Sensitive and ESA listed fish species (coho salmon and steelhead) by placing large wood and boulder structures in streams, planting riparian vegetation and removing invasive and noxious weeds.
