Grant Description
The objective of this agreement is to conduct inventories, monitoring studies, and restoration efforts, including but not limited to the collection of seed from common and uncommon plants and other important native plant species along the Snake River and Owyhee Uplands. The Seeds of Success (SOS) protocol will be used for this agreement. The seeds collected under this program are provided to growers, researchers, and land management agencies. The SOS program guides the selection of new native plant species needed in stabilization, rehabilitation, and restoration of public lands and provides documentation of where these plant materials can be found and managed.
