Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Be a registered non-profit organization including civil society organization, NGO, religious association, or educational institution based or working in Burma. Applicants must be registered in-country or submit proof that they are seeking registration in Burma at the time of proposal submission; М╒▄ш▄╒ Due to the community-oriented focus of this request for proposals, organizations based outside of Burma are required to identify and work with an implementing partner based in Burma to ensure local buy-in and sustainability. - Must have demonstrated experience implementing similar education, capacity building, and community development programs, preferably in Burma and preferably with the targeted community (ies) identified in the proposal. - Must have demonstrated experience working with youth, women, and community leaders to implement one or more of the following: youth leadership training, civic education programs, community outreach programs, capacity building, media, social responsibility programs, community police programs. - Have existing, or the capacity, to develop active partnerships with organizations in Burma.

INL seeks proposals for drug prevention programming and awareness activities to build stronger and more resilient communities that are aware of and can counter the dangers of drug use in Burma.
