Grant Description
The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified U.S. or overseas-based independent and non-profit corporations and other qualified organizations for a cooperative agreement to implement a 36-month (3 year) program for the accreditation of Mexican law enforcement agencies, emergency communications centers and police academies to international standards. The authority for this Request for Application (NOFO) is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
