Grant Description
The purpose of this funding is to enable the Fish Conservation and Culture Laboratory (FCCL) to complete the evaluation of natural marks for adult delta smelt and longfin smelt. The completion of this project will help meet the USFWS priorities of marking hatchery fish and supporting monitoring and research, as recommended in the 1995 Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Native Fishes Recovery Plan.
