Grant Description
The purpose of the Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Research Network is to foster a national scientific and clinical research network that will promote and coordinate research activities in behavioral, psychosocial, and developmental aspects of pediatric care to improve clinical services and health outcomes for, but not limited to, children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.ะค The network infrastructure will support the design of multi-site, interdisciplinary research that focuses on the translation of research to practice; provide the mentoring environment in which to train a new generation of developmental behavioral pediatric researchers; and foster the implementation of research studies through both MCHB and external funding sources.
