Grant Description
The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to solicit proposals for a 17-month, national project that will build the capacity of the child welfare workforce in public child welfare agencies and their partner organizations to perform continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and processes. The project will build competencies and skills to develop and strengthen CQI systems, including the abilities to identify, collect, communicate, and use data to improve services and achieve safety, permanency, and well-being outcomes for children, youth, and families. The project will focus on identifying and managing existing CQI-related resources; developing and strategically disseminating practical tools and curricula; designing and delivering remote and group-based learning opportunities, training and coaching; facilitating peer-to-peer learning; and providing tailored technical assistance. The project will partner closely with the Childrenуs Bureau and CB-supported centers and projects.
