Current SOP grantees with one or two years remaining in their project period may not apply for a new Street Outreach grant for the community they currently serve. These grantees will receive instructions from their respective ACF RHY Specialist on the procedures for applying for non-competitive continuation grants. Current grantees who have questions regarding their eligibility to apply for new funds should consult with the appropriate ACF RHY Specialist to determine if they are eligible to apply for a new grant award. Faith-based and community organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible under this announcement.

Grant Description
The Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) Administration on Children, Youth and Families' (ACYF) Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) is accepting applications for the Street Outreach Program (SOP). The purpose of the SOP is to conduct outreach services designed to build relationships between grantee staff and runaway, homeless, and street youth.
