The synopsis is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Scan digitize, orthorectify, vectorize and attribute wetland delineation photo overlays or mylar separates to create digital wetlands habitat data for 317 quads in Kansas. Develop a protocol to identify potentially restorable wetlands.
