This synopsis is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Radio telemetry and tracking of sage grouse October 2011-March 2012. Survey native fishes in the Illinois River, fall 2011. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B 1 and 2 which allows for award without competition to an applicant Proposed award is the result of continuation. Proposed award based on unique qualifications.
