This synopsis is the full announcement. 1. Provide expertise to GNLCC to develop a Strategic Framework for the GNLCC 2. Provide expertise to GNLCC to direct a science outreach and communications program. 3. Provide expertise to GNLCC to conduct meeting planning, facilitation, and to complete all necessary written reports to communicate the decisions and direction from such meetings. 4. Provide expertise to design and host a GNLCC website in a dot.org environment. 5. Provide expertise to conduct a variety of projects critical to the success of the GNLCC.
