Grant Description
The FY15 Section 4 Capacity Building program NOFA contains minimal material changes from last year. The primary changes include the addition of a third policy priority on the promotion of economic development and the adoption of the Office of Management and Budget Super circular cited at 2 CFR Part 200. To increase your chance of success, please be sure to read this announcement fully and carefully. Through funding of national intermediaries, the Section 4 Capacity Building program enhances the capacity and ability of community development corporations (CDCs) and community housing development organizations (CHDOs) to carry out affordable housing and community development activities that benefit low-income families and persons and low- and moderate-income families and persons.
