Grant Description
This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice that the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service intends to issue a single source award for this project. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Deepwater Horizon Natural Resources Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR) Field Office seeks to restore uncommon species of plants to the coastal dunes of Baldwin County, Alabama. Plant species of particular focus include Asclepias humistrata and Physalis angustifolia. The results of the propagation effort will be applied by the recipient to the development of a detailed guide for future growers of these rare plants.
