THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement being made to a single source based on the unique qualifications and technical expertise of the recipient. The services can only be provided from the original source as this is a follow-on requirement for the continued provision of highly specialized services.
