THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement intends to award a grant or cooperative agreement in the amount of $30,740.00 on a single source basis to Rancher's Supply, Inc. for the purpose of conducting a minimum population count for the Florida Panther.
