Grant Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Southwest Region National Wildlife Refuge System intends to award funds to the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps for a period not to exceed 5 years. The funds are intended to provide an introductory developmental educational experience of natural resource careers to young people, including culturally, ethnically and economically diverse students, through training, hands on experience, and mentoring at a variety of Service programs including, but not limited to, national wildlife refuges, fish hatcheries, and ecological services offices.
