Funds under this award are to be used to support and provide assistance for the Fairbanks Fish and Wildlife Field Office_s Youth Engagement, Education, Employment, Research Programs and Opportunities Program on the North Slope of Alaska. Specifically, one aspect of the program is to administer the student hire program, i.e. recruit, hire, and pay high school students
