The objective is to design an experiment to test if the model predictions for Smolt to Adult Return (SAR) rates and in river survival rates (Harsaeker et al. 2012) can be achieved through maximizing spill, under current configurations and gas cap constraints. The experimental design will focus on Snake River stream-type Chinook and steelhead.
