Grantee will select and provide stipends to six fellows (this includes their travel to and from the field stations and housing). The Summer Faculty Fellowship program is to expand the network of the Minority Servicing Institutes (MSI) faculty members and enhance MSIs education in fish and wildlife conservation and opportunities for participating in significant fish and wildlife conservation research in order to improve the competitive eligibility of the MSI graduates interested in a career in fish and wildlife conservation. This Fellowship Program will be for U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents who hold teaching or research appointments at Minority Serving Institutes including Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
