This is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are to: a) provide a needs assessment analysis and implementation plan for the development of the Wyoming Pilot Project vulnerability assessment, b) provide a modeling logic for encoding expert knowledge for the Wyoming Pilot Project, and c) provide the conceptual logic for incorporating expert knowledge for the vulnerability assessment of LEAP into a geodatabase system.
