This Request for Applications (RFA) solicits applications from eligible entities for a cooperative agreement to support the Integrated Atmospheric Deposition Network pursuant to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Action Plan (http://greatlakesrestoration.us/pdfs/glri_actionplan.pdf).
